Hi,thanks for letting me join this group.I am pretty sure it was a slow worm as I have come across them before.I will take a photo of it next time.I joined a bird group recently and sent in a sighting of a red Kite and they told me I was wrong.As it had been knocking about for a while I managed to find it one morning and take a photo.They confirmed my sighting.I came close to eating my hat then,and I am pretty sure I will eat my hat again if I am wrong about the slow worm.Saludos.
