Yes! I have seen this twice whilst driving home late at night. They cross the road so fast its just a browny grey blur!!! The last time I saw them was last year and there were two adults at the front and two little ones following…. Then, a third that was lagging behind crossed the road trying to catch up…

thank you for your info on the Egyptian Mongoose, Jenny and I were down at Piedra reserve the other year and we had a family of five sitting in the bushes outside one of the hides. And another day at Laguna Dulce (near Campillos) we saw a mongoose catch an injured Black-winged Stilt.
I have also included a photo of four of the five that day (taken by Jenny)
