There is an article about this in Spanish at the Diario de Jaen.. https://www.diariojaen.es/provincia/aumentan-a-16-los-huevos-de-quebrantahuesos-en-el-centro-de-cria-guadalentin-BY8247223
Also Clive’s article about the Sierra de Cazorla (where the breeding centre is) is worth a read. https://wildsideholidays.co.uk/sierra-cazorla-segura-y-las-villas/

Nice to hear that the first of this years wild bearded vulture chicks has hatched in Andalucia
We have an exciting development for the Bearded Vulture breeding season in Andalusia – the first chick hatched in the wild!
After completing the long incubation period, which lasts between 52 to 56 days for the species, our colleagues observed the parents feeding the chick for the first time with a lot of care.
This breeding season, pairs have laid five clutches in the wild so far, just like the record achieved last year, which resulted in three fledglings. As some of the pairs have more experience this time around, we hope more chicks will manage to successfully leave the nest and so surpass last year’s number.Learn about the reintroduction project: https://4vultures.org/our-work/reintroduction-and-restocking/bearded-vulture-to-andalusia/

Two more Bearded Vultures have been released in Parc Natural de la Tinença de Benifassà
The project has so far released a total of 11 Bearded Vultures, five males and six females, in Parc Natural de la Tinença de Benifassà. Today, nine of these birds are alive, which is considered a high survival rate.
