Paella made with snails? Really?

I must admit. I ommited the snails from this recipe when I made it last weekend…… https://www.rondatoday.com/a-traditional-paella-recipe…/ It was very tasty though and enough for the five of us.

No No No NO…. Snails in paella… ummmm NO! I do like the garlicky tomato sauce though in the caracoles they serve in my local bar….. 🙂
